Order Processing

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (Business Days Only) Processing times are as follows: 
Orders received by 11:30AM EST Monday-Friday (Business Days Only) are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders received after 11:30AM EST, on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day. Christmas orders may require 1-2 extra processing days depending on volume. Shipping times vary based on destination, please see our order page for specific timing.  If we run out of a product we reserve the right to subsitute with a product or equal or greater value.  During summer months, all chocolate products will be substituted for non-chocolate products due to the heat.

Taxes are calculated based on where the gift is being delivered not based on where the sender lives. If the correct province/state is not chosen during the order process and/or incorrect taxes are applied we will make the necessary corrections on your behalf and charge your credit card accordingly.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to fill in the order accurately and completely.  Incorrect shipping addresses will be charged a $15.00(plus tax) re-direct fee. FEDEX charges us this fee and we must pass it on to you.   If there is no message filled in, your gift will be sent as placed, without a gift card.  We will not be held responsible for errors made by the customer.

MAKE SURE YOU UNCHECK THE  SHIPPING ADDRESS BOX, so that it shows a full shipping address, as opposed to "same as billing address".  Fill out the Shipping Address information in full.  Click “PAY” when you have entered your information.  If you do not fill this out, the product is NOT covered by our insurance company, and if the product is lost, stolen, or damaged, we cannot give you a refund or pay for another product to be shipped to your recipient.
